Terms of service

Draft, pending legal review before launch.

The agreement

Speak Faith is made by Zero Day Systems LLC. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Speak Faith. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app at any time.

Your content

Prayers you write, journal entries, and goals belong to you. You give us only the permission needed to store and sync them so the app works. They are private unless you choose to place a prayer on the Founders' Wall.

The Founders' Wall

Founding Members may place one prayer on the Founders' Wall, which everyone using Speak Faith can read. By submitting a prayer you give us permission to show it, with the name you sign it with, inside the app for as long as it stays on the wall.

Every prayer is read by us before it appears, and we may decline one that doesn't fit the wall. A prayer can be edited for 30 days after it first appears, then it is set. You can take yours down at any time, from the app or by writing to us.

Please keep the wall a place of prayer: no hate, harassment, threats, sexual content, advertising, or anyone else's private information. Anyone can report a prayer from the app, and we review every report and remove what breaks these terms. You can also hide any prayer from your own view.

If a prayer suggests someone may be in danger, the app shows them where to find help right away. Speak Faith is not a crisis service; if you are in danger, call 911 or your local emergency number, or call or text 988 in the United States.

Subscriptions

Speak Faith is free to use. An optional subscription, or a one-time Founding Membership, unlocks Devotional Mode. Purchases are billed through the App Store or Google Play; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings. Refunds follow the store's policies.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access other people's data.

Disclaimers

Speak Faith is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app or by email.
